What we do

#  One pool, many instruments 

 The portfolio is a single evergreen pool, focused on alternative investments. Allocations are sized by conviction. Concentration is acceptable. 

* ##  Direct investments  
 Minority stakes and, occasionally, controlling positions in private companies — usually as a known co-investor next to founders or operating partners. Each investment is its own conversation.
* ##  Real assets  
 Direct ownership of property and operating businesses, concentrated in markets the family has known for decades.
* ##  Fund investments — PE & VC  
 Limited-partner commitments to a small list of private-equity and venture-capital funds, where a strategy genuinely requires specialist scale or reach. Mandates are long-dated; relationships are expected to last.
